8/17/2020 - On August 15, 2020 investigators with the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office arrested James Visotski, a 35-year-old truck driver from Stuart, Oklahoma, for attempting to pick up a fourteen-year-old female at the Flying J truck stop in Canadian County for the purposes of having sexual intercourse. The investigation began in May, 2020 when Visotski reached out on social media to an undercover deputy, believing she was a fourteen-year-old female living in Canadian County. Visotski developed dialogue with the girl, and then made and carried out plans to travel to Canadian County and pick up the under aged girl. Visotski’s intentions were to take the girl on a three month cross country road trip, where he could have sex with the under aged female all across the country.
8/12/2020 - On Monday August 10, 2020 investigators with the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeremy Weimer, 37, of El Reno on Possession of Child Pornography. The Sheriff’s Office investigation began after the case was referred to them by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s Internet Crimes against Children (ICAC) unit. The information from OSBI indicated Weimer was in the possession of illegal images of children, and the information originated from Microsoft’s OneDrive administrators; after they conducted an audit of Weimer’s account and discovered a nude image of a female child approximately 7 years of age. 7/24/2020 - Investigators with the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office arrested Charles Guess, 37 former Macomb firefighter from Noble, Oklahoma, on July 24, 2020 for sexual communication with a minor in Canadian County. Guess instead was communicating with an undercover Sheriff's Investigator using a popular social media website.
