On May 24, 2021, Samuel Paker, a 27-year-old white male, from Yukon was arrested for the sexual battery of a minor.  Paker was working as a manager of an El Reno fast food location where he walked up from behind and pressed up against a 16 year old female employee’s buttocks with his pelvic area.  The victim reported this to the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office and wanted to press charges for sexual battery.

When this was reported to investigators, Paker was no longer working at the fast-food location.  Investigators had to locate Paker since he was terminated from his employer where the crime occurred.   Paker was located working as a manager at a restaurant in Yukon.  Paker was interviewed by investigators regarding the touching at the restaurant in El Reno.  Paker provided multiple admissions to touching the female minor employee inappropriately.  During the interview, Paker explained the event to investigators and this was corroborated by the victim.

When Paker was located, he was employed as a manager at the  Yukon restaurant.  During the investigation, investigators learned Paker was the subject of other internal investigations for touching female staff or making inappropriate comments.   Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Paker and arrested Paker at his place of work.  Paker was arrested without incident and continue to cooperate with investigators.

“I believe this is another case of an individual in authority over teen-agers in the work place who thought they could get away with sexually victimizing a young minor.  I hope the young girl received the support she needs and that Paker gets the sentence he deserves,” said Chris West, Canadian County Sheriff.

Paker was transported to the Canadian County Detention Center and is charged with the sexual battery of a minor.  His bond was initially $50,000.00 and was reduced to $25,000.00 and has since been bonded out of jail.  If anyone has been a victim of Paker or has knowledge of other incidents please contact the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office at 405-262-3434.
