******** FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE********

Canadian County Sheriff Chris West announced today that fingerprint services and Self Defense Act (concealed carry) applications have been resumed.  Citizens desiring to use these services will temporarily be required to wear a mask while inside the Jail lobby/finger print room. In addition, a non-invasive (scan of forehead) temperature scan will be conducted by jail staff before entering the jail lobby.

“I’m extremely happy to resume these very important services,  and believe the procedures we’ve put in place are safe, reasonable and will accommodate our citizens at the same time,” said Chris West, Canadian County Sheriff.
